FOR THE 2022/23 School Year we are offering a 10% flat rate tuition discount to all families.

We offer preschool five days a week with 3, 4, and 5-day options.

We serve children from ages 2.9 to 5 years of age. Children should be toilet trained; however, it is not a condition of enrollment.

We follow the Ebenezer Christian School calendar and operate with the school for special events. We are closed for all major holidays.

 

Schedules:

3 Full Days                 Monday, Wednesday and Friday                                8:00 to 2:45    

Optional day combinations may be available (See teacher) 

5 Full Days                 Monday through Friday                                              8:00 to 2:45

3 or 5 Half Days                                                                                             8:00 to 11:45

Unscheduled School Closings

In case of bad weather conditions (snow, ice, fog), cancellation of school will be made by the Ellsworth Public schools. If Ellsworth Public Schools are canceled due to weather, we will also be closed. Local TV and radio stations broadcast delays/cancellations. You will have an opportunity to also get an alert by either phone, email, or text from our Be Alert system. In the event of a 2-hour delay, preschool will be canceled for that day. Dismissal during the school day due to weather or emergencies will be made known to you also through Be Alert.

Tuition and Fees

Payment Due Date:

Tuition is due on the first day of each month.

A child placement contract will be required stating the day’s child will be attending preschool. (Included in the packet)

Tuition is calculated on your signed tuition contract, not your child’s attendance. Even in a child’s absence, payments for all scheduled days are required. Tuition is payable with cash, credit card, check, or money order. Payable to Ebenezer Christian Preschool[LR(1]  and can be given to the school secretary, the classroom teacher, or mailed.

Late fee and Delinquent Accounts:

A 1.5% fee will be charged if payment is not received per the payment plan. If payments are a month overdue, parents are required to meet with the school administrator. Unpaid accounts may result in the removal of your child(ren) from the school. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.
